After two hours of primetime:
1. If I still ate meat, I’d be all over those $1 KFC snacker sandwich things, even if they’re breeding mutachickens with three breasts Total Recall style.
2. I was wrecked by the Rory B-story on Gilmore Girls tonight. She rejects a perfectly nice (if boring, I guess) poor boy in favor of slick, rich, insensitive Logan. So true to life. When you get down to it, Rory’s an heiress and the upper and lower classes don’t mix. And here’s the thing: the poor Yalie WILL eventually do all right in life, possibly go into advertising and surpass Logan if his family money is on the downstroke but he’ll never shake that moment of rejection. Never.
Update: Since I just lost everyone except Andreaa, maybe this TV Without Pity recap will clear things up.
