Ugh. I’ve been through so many songs – at least a thousand, seriously, including all of the following albums, all of which have been rejected:

Gnarls Barkley – St. Elsewhere
Danielson – Ships (I see you, hipsters)
Morrissey – The Ringleader of the Tormentors (Moz: YOUR PRODUCTION AND BACKING SUCKS. RE-FORM THE SMITHS)
The Raconteurs – Broken Boy Soldiers (Jack White and Brandon Benson. Pretty good on its own but not so easy to find a mixtapeable song)
NIN – halo 21 – I love the El-P remix of Only but it would stick out too much
etc etc

I have learned something – A.R.E. Weapons have a good song on their next album. Stay tuned, righteous hunters.
