I’m going to be busy all week, so one little sugar cube before I vanish: some music!

1. Diddy - Tell Me (Phones remix): This is a party song, simple. Phones did a great job on the edit. Royce wrote the original lyrics.

2. The Chadwicks - The Only Way To Do It: Obscure ode to inflexibility off the Baltimore’s Teen Beat A Go Go 1966 comp. It’s sort of…like…look: oldies stations say: “Oldies: because they’re not making any more!” but it isn’t really true. I’d like to take over K-Earth for a day and play nothing but this vintage, sort of bad, teenage hearts-aflame stuff.

3. Tony Allen - Ole (Moritz Von Oswald remix): Brian Eno calls Tony Allen the world’s best drummer. This is a long, safe vinyl-only remix of his latest single.
